Ash is a Narrative Embodiment Coach & Erotic Poet, a Veteran War Correspondent turned Activist. She is a passionate Storyteller and her-story has been a journey of healing from domestic violence by enlisting her somatic sensuality and spiritual connections.

Her work navigates through a trauma-informed lens, creating space for people to unravel themselves, develop awareness and transform their pain to pleasure through Story, Movement and Erotic Awareness.

Ash is a published author 3 times over. Her works are titled:

Ash works 1-on-1 with people as a coach, as well as a leader of workshops both in person and online for groups and businesses
